The role involves designing and planning urban projects of various scales, contributing to masterplan developments, mixed-use projects, and collaborating with other disciplines across the firm. Responsibilities include 2D and 3D modelling, preparing design documentation, devising and presenting concepts, and coordinating and aligning our efforts with client needs and expectations.<br>Qualifications<br>Proficiency and qualifications in architecture and / or urban design (landscape design background also acceptable) Highly proficient in Rhino and Auto CADExperience with rendering, drafting, and visualization tools (such as D5, Enscape, and AI models) Ability to use Arc GIS is a big bonus Revit capabilities are a good to have (but not strictly needed) Experience in aligning with KSA rules and regulations is helpful Collaboration with wider team members and stakeholders is expected, so must be a team player Demonstrable experience in urban design / masterplanning / landscape design is expected for this role Experience in integrating AI with design will be asked in the interview, and expected as standard<br>This role is a full time 'in office' role based in Riyadh, KSA. The candidate must have practical experience in building facilities, not only installation or construction work.<br>Responsibilities<br><br>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems in building facilities. Inspect HVAC systems and equipment regularly and report findings. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC mechanical and electrical faults. Work on DX and chilled water systems, including split units, packaged units, ducted split systems, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, CAV/VAV, and related HVAC equipment. Replace or repair HVAC controls and electronic components when required. Install or repair refrigerant lines, chilled water lines, make-up lines, and drain lines. Respond quickly to maintenance calls and resolve issues within required time. Identify required spare parts and support spare parts requests. Support testing and commissioning activities when applicable. Maintain basic maintenance records, registers, and reports. Follow all site safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO, isolation, risk assessment, and work permit procedures. Support supervisors and engineers in planning and completing maintenance tasks. Ensure work is completed according to project SLA and quality standards.<br>Qualifications<br>Technical diploma or certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or related field. Experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance. Must have experience in building facilities such as towers, malls, hospitals, hotels, compounds, universities, airports, commercial buildings, or large facilities. Good knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Practical experience with DX and chilled water HVAC systems. Ability to use standard HVAC tools and instruments. Ability to troubleshoot common HVAC faults. Basic knowledge of electrical safety related to HVAC maintenance. Good communication skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions. Key Responsibilities:<br>Review Contract Documents, Specifications, IFC Drawings, BOQs, applicable codes, and Client/Consultant requirements. Prepare, implement, and obtain approval of the Project Quality Plan (PQP/QMP), Quality Procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Forms. Establish and maintain the Project ITP Master List covering all MEP activities. Lead and manage the Project QA/QC team and ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System. Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, Method Statements, ITPs, applicable codes, and Client requirements. Oversee quality activities for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV, BMS, and other MEP systems. Review and monitor testing procedures, test results, third-party laboratories, testing agencies, and calibration requirements. Manage NCRs, Quality Alerts, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and timely closure. Monitor and audit Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Manufacturers and ensure compliance with project quality requirements. Conduct internal quality audits and support Client/Consultant and external audits. Monitor project quality KPIs, NCR trends, inspection performance, testing results, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality. Identify quality risks and implement preventive and corrective actions. Foster quality awareness and conduct quality training across the project. Prepare and issue Project Monthly Quality Reports and highlight critical quality issues to Project Management. Have the authority to stop non-conforming works and reject non-conforming materials or workmanship. Ensure no deviation from Contract Specifications or Drawings is made without formal approval from the authorized parties. Ensure all quality documentation, including WIRs/IRs, MIRs, NCRs, test reports, certificates, ITPs, and commissioning records, is complete and properly controlled. Manage quality punch-list closure and support project Taking-Over and Final Completion. Prepare the Project Quality Close-Out Report and capture Lessons Learned.<br><br> Qualifications & Experience<br>Saudi Resident with Transferable Iqama. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or relevant discipline.12–15+ years of QA/QC experience, preferably in major MEP projects. Proven experience as an MEP QA/QC or Quality Manager. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV, BMS, Testing & Commissioning, and MEP quality requirements. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, ITPs, Method Statements, NCR/CAPA, audits, and project close-out. Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
