<p><strong>Advanced Analytics Management</strong></p><ul><li>Grow the adoption of advanced analytics across ZATCA by proactively thinking of use cases and tools that could enhance operational effectiveness</li><li>Review and enhance of the current advanced analytics portfolio</li><li>Assess the utilization and effectiveness of advanced analytics solutions across other business units and potentially improve the effectiveness of these solutions</li><li>Review current infrastructure used to develop and host analytical products and propose new collaboration platforms (Alteryx, SAS, Data Robot, etc.), to ensure efficient collaboration and archiving/utilization of products</li><li>Increase awareness of advanced analytics across ZATCA by running educational session about analytical topics incentivizing various departments to think of ways to improve their operations through AA</li><li>Explore and prioritize advanced analytics use cases to support in achieving ZATCA s strategic objectives</li><li>Develop Proof-of-Concept analytical solutions to validate the effectiveness and impact of ideated use cases</li><li>Develop complex and impactful analytical models and solutions, leveraging machine learning and/or deep-learning techniques for internal or external stakeholders</li><li>Define and scope the requirements to develop AA enabled products</li><li>Perform complex reactive data analysis or develop analytical models to support external and/or internal stakeholders in answering strategic questions</li><li>Define the BRDs and SLAs for a variety of AA products in collaboration with other departments and stakeholders</li><li>Translate BRDs and SLAs into a set of actions and tasks to deliver products within the required timeframe and quality standards</li><li>Manage external requests and optimize the workload allocation</li><li>Manage communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient delivery of requests and AA products</li><li>Align with stakeholders on delivery plan, objectives, and desired outcomes</li><li>Monitor the satisfaction of external stakeholders and implement corrective measures to improve the delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Organization and Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner</li><li>Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner</li><li>Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly</li><li>Perform other duties as requested</li></ul><p><strong>People Management</strong></p><ul><li>Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable</li><li>Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff</li><li>Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education&nbsp; Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent is required Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred</p><p>Experience A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience</p><p>Competencies IT Compliance - Developing Policy Making - Developing Data Analytics - Proficient Data Management Planning and Design - Proficient Data Processing - Proficient Database Design and Operations - Developing Professionalism - Developing Collaboration and Communication - Developing Results Oriented - Developing Customer Focus - Developing Enablement of Change and Innovation - Developing</p>
