Basic technical education or certification in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical fields is preferred. Ability to read and follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance documentation. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn from experienced technicians. Ability to work on-site in Dammam and adapt to a service-oriented, operational environment.
