Contribute to the continuous improvement of the presales knowledge base and solution library.<br>DXP Solutioning and Platform Positioning<br>Support the design and positioning of DXP, CMS, portal, and customer experience solutions. Translate customer experience requirements into suitable solution components, including content management, personalization, search, analytics, multilingual capabilities, accessibility, and omnichannel delivery. Recommend suitable deployment models, including Saa S, hosted, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Support modernization initiatives such as platform migration, upgrades, portal transformation, composable architecture, and headless solutions.<br>Stakeholder Collaboration<br>Collaborate with sales, presales, architecture, design, delivery, and technology partner teams throughout the presales process.
