As trusted advisors, Logistics Supply chain Manager, work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level, influence their business planning and strategy, and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success.<br>Key job responsibilities<br>As a Logistics Supply chain Manager, you will partner with 25-30 DSP owners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including entrepreneurs with no background in the logistics industry, or seasoned logistics carrier (Depending on business program)<br>Work closely with a portfolio of owners at different stages as they set strategy, help drive accountability and engagement, and motivate and track key performance metrics.<br>Collaborate with an integrated internal team of Program Managers and Compliance and Finance personnel to ensure owners launch and scale their business in compliance with program requirements.<br>Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.<br>As Logistics Supply chain Manager will do this by analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and driving change both internally and externally.<br>They will collaborate frequently with a wide array of integrated internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations (PAR), Value Added Service (VAS), Legal, fleet and network health to name a few. The Logistics Supply chain Manager support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level. The Position: The Maintenance Services Technician II is responsible for performing line maintenance activities on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft-installed equipment to ensure optimum system performance, reliability, and serviceability. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and certifying avionics and cabin systems in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, maintenance procedures, and customer standards. The successful candidate will utilize technical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and electronic test equipment to identify and resolve system issues, perform component replacements and functional testing, and support software and media loading activities. Working closely with airline customers and internal stakeholders, the Technician plays a key role in maintaining aircraft serviceability, minimizing operational disruptions, and supporting on-time aircraft departures. In addition to maintenance responsibilities, the role requires the accurate completion of maintenance documentation, inventory-related activities, and adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities WHAT YOU LL DO: IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance: Performance of maintenance tasks including component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and its certification which includes but not limited to: Remove and replace components in accordance with all applicable documentation. Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification. Perform Cabin Sweep s in accordance with Panasonic LMP s and report findings. Perform Built-in (BITE) and manual test. Perform Software and Media Loading. Clean components and equipment racks/filters if applicable to contract. Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with customer specific requirements Ensure timely escalation and coordination in close contact with the Lead or Supervisor of any problem occurring in the assigned aircraft area.
