Roles & Responsibilities
Will conduct Warehouse Maintenance, Inventories, and Stock Management Aviation Logistics and Warehouse Operations Perform Supply Support Activity (SSA)/depot functions including: receipt, issue, turn-in, retrograde, inventories, stock control, reconciliation, and warehouse operations. COSIS Knowledge and Accountability Product Conformity and Airworthiness Awareness ID non-conforming material and maintain proper segregation and documentation. Shelf-Life and Expiration Management Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes for aviation-related materials, including procurement, storage, and distribution. Collaborate with logistics personnel to optimize the supply chain for efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of supplies, spare parts, and equipment. Conduct regular audits to ensure precise inventory management and promptly address discrepancies. Coordinate with aviation procurement teams to acquire necessary supplies, spare parts, and materials for aviation assets. Ensure compliance with aviation procurement regulations and budgetary constraints. Develop and implement distribution strategies specifically tailored for aviation supplies to ensure timely and accurate delivery to aviation units within the battalion. Collaborate with aviation logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules. Implement quality control measures to ensure received aviation supplies meet stringent aviation standards. Monitor and address any issues related to the quality of aviation supplies. Assist in budget planning and monitoring specifically for aviation supply-related expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the operational needs of aviation assets. Additional duties or tasks as directed by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Highschool diploma required. Associate's degree or higher preferred for possible Saudi Arabia QVP qualification.
Must be familiar with DOD procedures, regulations and directives concerning logistics support and supply systems; to include the IMRL and ALMMS programs as it applies to organizational and intermediate level maintenance
Must have four (4) years of experience specializing in a DOD aviation/material control environment.
Must have U.S drivers license and Passport
Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc
Must possess driver s license with at least 1 year of remaining validity and ability to drive a Standard Transmission vehicle.
Must possess a US Passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
DD214 required for military experience.
