المهام والمسؤوليات:ينسق أنشطة العمل بشكل وثيق مع جميع الجهات من أجل تحديد فرص رفع مساهمة المحتوى المحلي بالتركيز على الآلات والمعدات.يحضر عملية تحديد كافة البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالأعمال القائمة والمشاريع المستقبلية من جميع الشركات والجهات المختصة , ودراستها وتحليلها لتشكيل قوائم بالفرص الاستثمارية للمحتوى المحلي .يجهز أنشطة تقييم وهيكلة الصفقات التجارية المتعلقة بتطوير المحتوى المحلى ضمن الآلات والمعدات. يعد مهام تحديد الفرص الاستثمارية للمحتوى المحلي ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية ضمن الآلات والمعدات والتي تمثل بنية تحتية لخدمة قطاعات أخرى خارج المنظومة والعمل على موائمة الجهود بين الجهات المختصة.يجهز أنشطة تحديد القوائم الأولية للخدمات والمنتجات ذات الأولوية للتوطين ضمن الآلات والمعدات للعمل على تمكينها في منظومة الطاقة.يحضر أنشطة تقييم القدرة الإنتاجية والفنية والتصديرية للمصانع الوطنية في مجال الآلات والمعدات والعمل لرفع كفاءتها لتعزيز وتطوير قدرات التوطين والمحتوى المحلي الحالية. يجهز آلية تقييم البنية التحتية وسلاسل الامدادات ووضع الإستراتيجيات اللازمة لزيادة التوطين ورفع المحتوى المحلي لتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030. ينسق أنشطة دعم الاستثمارات الاستراتيجية المتعلقة بالمحتوى المحلي عن طريق توفير المعلومات اللازمة لدراسات الجدوى والتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية المختلفة بهدف تطوير الأعمال المتعلقة برفع المحتوى المحلي لقطاع في مجال الآلات والمعدات.ينسق الأنشطة التي تحقق الاستفادة القصوى من خبرة القطاعات المختلفة لمنظومة الطاقة بما فيها الشركات وجهودها المستمرة في قطاع المحتوى المحلي والعمل مع الفرق الأساسية لتطوير الأعمال وتنفيذ نهج مشترك لتحديد فرص مشاريع التحول.يعد مهام تيسير رحلة تطوير الأعمال وامتلاكها من خلال الاستكشاف المشترك للاحتياجات، والتوليد المشترك للفرص، والمساهمة في جذب المستثمرين في الآلات والمعدات.<br>المؤهل العلمي:درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو أي تخصص مرتبط بمجال العمل.<br>الشهادات الاحترافية:يفضل وجود شهادة مهنية / احترافية ذات صلة على سبيل المثال:شهادة محترف إدارة المشاريع (PMP)الشهادة المهنية في الإدارة الإستراتيجيةStrategic Management Professional (SMP) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) ISM Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) Risk Management Professional RMPسنوات الخبرة:لا يتطلب وجود سنوات خبرة.
