About the Role:<br>We are looking for a Business Intelligence Team Lead to lead our Business Intelligence team within the logistics division and drive the standardization of enterprise reporting across the organization. This role combines hands on leadership of a small, high impact team with direct technical delivery. You will manage a team of two Power BI professionals while personally contributing to the design and development of key dashboards and reports.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Lead and mentor a team of two Power BI professionals, setting priorities and ensuring quality delivery. Define and implement a standardized enterprise reporting framework across departments. Design, build, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and data models personally when required. Establish governance standards: naming conventions, data modeling best practices, version control, and documentation. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions. Oversee data quality, performance optimization, and security (row level security, workspace governance). Manage the Power BI Service environment, licensing, and deployment pipelines. Report progress and reporting roadmap to senior management.<br>Requirements:<br>5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or team lead role. Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling, Power BI Service administration). Strong SQL skills and experience working with enterprise data warehouses. Track record of building standardized, scalable reporting frameworks from the ground up or at scale. Experience managing and developing a technical team. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical solutions. Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field. Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus. Willingness to relocate to and work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
