Support document indexing and equipment-document linkage activities when required. Ensure compliance with engineering documentation standards and material coding guidelines.</p><p><strong>3. Role Purpose The Site Technical Manager will lead the technical delivery of facilities services across a marina and waterfront environment. Acting as the principal site-based technical contact for the client, the role will manage a team of inspectors and provide authoritative oversight across electrical, mechanical, water and associated building-services systems. This is a senior, hands-on Technical Manager position rather than a general facilities management role.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day technical operations and maintenance across the marina, waterfront and associated facilities. Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, providing clear updates on performance, risks, incidents and corrective actions. Direct and coordinate a site-based team of inspectors, ensuring effective inspections, quality control, follow-up and close-out. Provide technical leadership across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, water systems, fire and life safety, and associated FM trades.
