The role is key to our ROI driven event and campaign management. Working closely with other senior members of the marketing team on strategic planning, implementation, and execution of the marketing and communications story, this is a pivotal role in shaping our marketing and communications plan, ensuring it’s in sync with our business goals. Specifically, the Senior Manager will develop and implement marketing activities in line with individual development and asset marketing plans that support with wider strategic business and marketing objectives. The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic role with tactical oversight, helping to shape and execute the marketing program. The role will encompass all areas of the marketing funnel; focused on helping to deliver brand awareness, enhancing RSG’s profile and through to driving leads for the residential sales team. Manage the marketing procurement process including costs allocated to agencies and ensure spend levels are maintained within corporate guidelines. Work closely with operator partners and agencies to manage the conception and production of jointly branded sales collaterals and content in line with agreed guidelines. Working with the sales team, manage and implement events, roundtables, and campaigns to promote and publish business content, new and existing developments and trends. Continually develop positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing activity with specific objectives across different channels and segments. In collaboration with the delivery team, develop asset specific brand-centric content and sales collaterals that are in line with the positioning of RSG’s developments and assets. Drive the content development for the Red Sea Residences website and ensure its continuously up to date. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Working with the Sales and Development teams, identify residential marketing events and the opportunities that can be leveraged via attendance and or participation. Liaise with Comms and Events teams to ensure successful participation. Ensure that relevant systems are in place that help the flow of communication across the team. Effectively manage project / business performance by planning, coordinating, delivering, evaluating and communicating as appropriate. Working in partnership with digital, creative, media, PR and social media agencies, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicate objectives KPI’s and budgets to senior management. In collaboration with the digital team, create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
