Security Systems Lead — Airport O&M (24/7 Operations) <br>Language: Arabic (native/fluent) + English — mandatory Technical Ownership — Covered Systems<br>-Requirements• Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent• 6+ years in electronic security systems, with 2+ in a lead role — airport, critical infrastructure, orgovernment environment preferred• OEM certifications on at least two of: Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, Ipsotek• Networking certification (CCNA or above) — mandatory• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken• Eligible for Saudi government security clearance and airport restricted-area access <br>Own the health, availability, and performance of the full electronic security estate:• Milestone XProtect — VMS architecture, recording servers, failover, storage retention, Smart Client/Management Client configuration- **Genetec Security Center** — unified VMS/ACS, Omnicast and Synergis modules, federation,licensing and SMA management- **Lenel OnGuard** — access control, cardholder database, badge design, alarm monitoring,panel/reader configuration, credential lifecycle<br>- **Ipsotek VISuite** — video analytics rules, scenario tuning, false-alarm reduction,tripwire/intrusion/crowd detection calibration- Manage system integration points between VMS, ACS, analytics, intrusion, intercom, and the airportcommand centre- Own camera/reader/panel asset register, firmware baselines, and OEM patch/upgrade planning<br>Network & Infrastructure• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot the security network: VLAN segmentation, multicast for videostreams, QoS, bandwidth and storage sizing• Manage switches, fibre backbone, PoE budgets, IP addressing schemes, and network redundancyfor security traffic• Perform packet-level fault diagnosis (Wireshark, port mirroring) for stream loss, latency, andcamera dropout issues• Coordinate with airport IT/ICT on cybersecurity hardening: certificate management, credentialpolicy, port lockdown, network access control, and OT/IT segregation• Maintain server/VM infrastructure, storage arrays, backup and disaster recovery for securityapplications<br>**Team Leadership**• Lead a team of security systems engineers and technicians across a 24/7 shift roster• Set shift priorities, assign call-outs, review workmanship quality, and enforce handover discipline• Build team competency through structured OEM training and certification (Milestone MCDE,Genetec, Lenel, Ipsotek)• Act as final technical escalation point for all security system faults; own root-cause analysis**Operations & Maintenance**• Deliver PPM to schedule: camera cleaning/focus, reader testing, panel battery checks, serverhealth, storage validation, database maintenance• Manage corrective maintenance within SLA response and resolution windows• Maintain critical spares (cameras, readers, controllers, servers, licences) and RMA cycles with OEMs• Own change control: no configuration change to a live security system without approved MOC,tested rollback, and updated documentation<br>**Government & Authority Interface (Arabic-critical)**• Primary Arabic-language technical interface with **Jawazat (GDP)** for passport-control areacameras, e-gate integration, and border-control system dependencies• Interface with **MOI** and airport security on CCTV footage requests, evidence export chain ofcustody, incident review, and data-handling compliance• Coordinate with **RSAF** for security systems inside military-controlled zones: access approvals,escort arrangements, and restricted-area work permits• Translate and present technical findings, incident reports, and system briefings in Arabic toauthority representatives and client leadership• Manage personnel security clearances, badging, and restricted-area work permits for the securityteam<br>**KPIs & Quality**• Maintain camera-online percentage, recording integrity, and retention compliance at or abovecontractual targets• Track access-control system availability, door/reader fault rates, and alarm response times• Reduce analytics false-alarm rate through continuous rule tuning• Report weekly/monthly on system availability, fault trends, MTTR, and PPM completion• Support audits by producing evidence of footage retention, access logs, and change history<br>**HSE & Documentation**• Enforce permit-to-work, working-at-height, and electrical safety procedures during camera andpanel works• Maintain as-built drawings, camera schedules, IP/port matrices, rack layouts, and systemarchitecture documents• Produce incident reports and post-incident technical investigations
