Reports To: NOC Service Delivery Manager / Operations Manager<br>About the Role We are looking for an experienced Change Management Expert to join our NOC team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for governing, assessing, coordinating, and monitoring all network changes affecting STC's telecom infrastructure while ensuring compliance with ITIL Change Enablement best practices, customer SLAs, and operational standards. This role serves as the central coordination point between Operations, Radio, Core, Transport, IP/MPLS, Security, Vendors, and Customer stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of planned network changes with minimal service impact.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Change Governance Manage the full lifecycle of network changes in line with ITIL Change Enablement processes. Review, validate, and classify Change Requests (CRQs). Ensure complete technical, operational, business, and risk information for each change. Verify implementation, rollback, testing, and communication plans. Ensure compliance with operational standards and contractual obligations.<br>Change Assessment Conduct technical and operational impact assessments. Evaluate and mitigate service risks. Validate maintenance windows and service dependencies. Identify and resolve conflicts between concurrent activities.<br>Change Coordination Coordinate change implementation across:Radio Access Network (2G/4G/5G) Core Network IP/MPLSTransmission OSS/BSSField Operations Third-Party Vendors Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
