<span>The Manager – F&B & Retail Systems Design is responsible for leading the design and continuous enhancement of business solutions supporting the Food & Beverage and Retail domains.<br> The role focuses on defining end-to-end business processes, solution design, and system interactions across operational, financial, customer engagement, and data platforms.<br> This position serves as the functional owner for cross-system business processes, ensuring that F&B and Retail applications operate seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Blackline, Adaco, CRM, Loyalty, and Data & Analytics solutions.<br> The role works closely with business stakeholders, vendors, the Master System Integrator (MSI), Enterprise Applications teams, Data teams, and Integration teams to design Work closely with IT Business Relations, business stakeholders, vendors, and MSI to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.<br> Facilitate solution design workshops involving business users, enterprise application teams, data teams, vendors, and implementation partners.<br> Ensure alignment of F&B and Retail solutions with enterprise platforms including: SAP Finance and Job Purpose Design and develop embedded systems and electronic circuit solutions used in the department’s projects and laboratories, while contributing to the practical training and development of trainees and graduates in embedded systems technologies and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, ensuring business continuity and high-quality training outcomes.<br>Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test embedded systems, and develop firmware for microcontrollers. Train trainees and develop their practical skills using platforms such as ESP32 and Raspberry Pi, along with related development tools and technologies. Design Printed Circuit Boards, including schematics and PCB layouts, using tools such as KiCad, Altium, or Eagle, and review designs according to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) standards. Assemble and solder electronic boards and components using SMD and THT techniques, conduct required testing, and diagnose and troubleshoot faults. Prepare and develop training materials, curricula, practical projects, and laboratory exercises in both Arabic and English. Provide technical supervision for trainee projects and graduation projects, and provide appropriate engineering guidance and feedback. Prepare and maintain the department’s laboratories, oversee equipment and devices, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards. Provide technical support for the department’s events and technical competitions, and participate in project evaluation and judging when required. Document designs, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM) in accordance with engineering best practices and standards.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in embedded systems and electronic circuit design. Proven hands-on experience in PCB design and manufacturing, including taking PCB designs through to production. Previous experience in technical training, teaching, or supervising student projects is preferred.<br>Technical Skills Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems development, with good knowledge of Python and Micro Python. Good knowledge of communication protocols including UART, I2C, SPI, and CAN, as well as BLE and Wi-Fi technologies. Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), particularly Free RTOS, and Embedded Linux. Proficiency in using electronic testing and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies. Knowledge of power regulation circuits, sensors, motors, and control systems. <p>Position requires a skilled MH-60/H-60 Avionics Technician AT with the ability to perform Planned Maintenance Interval Inspections (PMI), Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on H-60 helicopters, which also includes troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs of aircraft radio s, radar, navigation equipment, and other rapid communication devices. Extensive knowledge in wire, and connector repair is required. Position is in Jubail Saudi Arabia. Essential Responsibilities: Current or previous experience performing H-60 helicopter Avionics work to include but not limited to: Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies, and wire and connector replacements on the MH-60R aircraft and related systems. Have a knowledge of electronic theory. Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate corrective actions on electrical and utilities systems.
