Job Overview:

The company is seeking an Odoo ERP Specialist with practical experience in analyzing and implementing ERP systems. This role involves leading digital transformation projects and ensuring the proper application of the system while meeting operational and administrative requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze current workflows and document them.

* Prepare system requirements and monitor their implementation with the executing company.

* Oversee the application and operation of the Odoo system.

* Test the system and ensure the integrity of operations before actual deployment.

* Train employees on system usage.

* Prepare required operational and administrative reports.

* Continuously monitor system development and improvement.

* Coordinate between different departments and the executing company for the project.

Skills

Experience is required in the following modules:

* Sales

* Purchase

* Inventory

* Manufacturing (MRP)

* Accounting

* POS

* CRM

* HR & Payroll

Preferred experience in:

* Food and beverage companies.

* Central kitchens and restaurants.

* Managing recipes and food costs.

* Managing payments and expiration dates.

* Managing multiple branches and warehouses.

Required skills:
