<li><span>Manage the development and training of his subordinates through internal or external courses to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to install all equipment and utility services required by the Farming Division.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure that all personnel involved in electrical installation are operating within the standards as outlined in the Almarai Health & Safety Manual to provide a safe work environment for all employees.</span></li>
<li><span>Liaise with the Div. CAD Engineer to maintain an up to date folio of as built drawings of all electrical installations.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor costs against budget and highlight any variances or potential variances and agree corrective action with the Projects Manager and Divisional Engineering Manager.</span></li>

Job Purpose <br><p>Oversee the production processes of electrical products within a manufacturing facility. Ensure the efficient and timely production of high-quality electrical products, meeting safety standards and production targets.</p><br>
