Stakeholder, Portfolio and O&M Interface · Partner with City Operations, portfolio leaders, Asset Class BUs, district teams, O&M teams, handover, technical authorities and service providers to ensure asset information supports practical operational needs.<br> · Align portfolio priorities, asset intersections and operational requirements so SAP EAMS and AM reporting support integrated planning and city-wide coordination.<br> · Coordinate asset data requirements for maintenance schedules, inspection regimes, renewals planning, compliance obligations, budget decisions, capacity assumptions and visitor demand planning.<br> · Support visibility of asset go-live timelines, readiness status, operator arrangements, asset governance standards and interface requirements ahead of asset opening or major events.<br> · Enable consistent asset performance, lifecycle and service-quality standards by incorporating operational insights on condition, utilisation, performance gaps, asset risks and renewal needs.<br> · Coordinate with City Operations and wider AM stakeholders on asset ownership boundaries, commercialisation opportunities, service-charge inputs and value optimisation priorities where these affect City Ops-managed or city-facing assets.<br> · Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align system design, process ownership, data standards, reporting requirements and post-opening lessons learned across the city operating model.<br> 7. Continuous Improvement and System Enhancement · Own the AM systems improvement backlog, prioritising enhancements based on operational value, risk reduction, compliance needs and user feedback.<br> · Monitor system adoption, data quality trends, workflow performance and reporting effectiveness to drive continual improvement.<br> · Ensure lessons learned from SAP EAMS cut-over, early-life support, audits and operational use are converted into improved standards, training and system updates.<br> · Promote standardisation, automation and data-led decision-making across the asset lifecycle.<br> 8.
