EPC Projects – Oil & Gas | Saudi Aramco<br>JOB PURPOSEThe Contract Manager is responsible for the end-to-end contractual and commercial management of the Company's EPC contract(s) with Saudi Aramco, and for the development, tendering, award, and administration of all project subcontracts. Monitor subcontractor performance against contractual obligations (schedule, quality, HSE, manpower) and coordinate corrective actions and formal notices as required. Manage subcontract variations and change orders, ensuring proper valuation, approval, and documentation. Review and certify subcontractor invoices and payment applications against approved timesheets, progress, and contract terms. Manage subcontract close-out, final accounts, retention release, and final documentation for each subcontract. Maintain a live subcontract register/tracker covering status, value, variations, key dates, and performance for all subcontracts.<br>D. Commercial & Risk Management<br>Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks across the prime contract and all subcontracts. Airfield Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain GIS datasets for airport terminals, airfield facilities, runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, utilities, drainage, and external infrastructure.</li><li>Support management of airport-wide spatial information and infrastructure databases.</li><li>Maintain GIS information for airside and landside assets.</li><li>Coordinate spatial data for airport utilities, including water, sewerage, stormwater, electrical, telecom, and other underground services.</li><li>Support mapping and analysis of existing and proposed infrastructure.</li><li>Identify spatial conflicts between new works, existing assets, utilities, and project interfaces.</li><li>Support airport construction planning through spatial analysis and GIS visualization.</li><li>Develop GIS outputs to support construction access, logistics, work zones, temporary facilities, and phased construction.</li><li>Support coordination of airfield infrastructure and airport asset information.</li><li>Ensure airport-specific coordinate reference systems and geospatial requirements are correctly implemented.</li><li>Support integration of as-built information into the final GIS environment.</li></ul><p><strong>GIS Data Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain enterprise and project-level geodatabases.</li><li>Manage vector and raster datasets, including points, lines, polygons, imagery, terrain, and infrastructure layers.</li><li>Establish data validation rules and quality control procedures.</li><li>Maintain attribute data and ensure required asset information is complete.</li><li>Develop and maintain metadata in accordance with project standards.</li><li>Manage GIS data versioning, updates, revisions, and approvals.</li><li>Ensure data is backed up and maintained in accordance with project information management procedures.</li><li>Coordinate GIS data exchanges with Consultants, Contractors, Client teams, and other stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Spatial Analysis &amp; Visualization</strong></p><ul><li>Perform spatial analysis to support engineering and construction decision-making.</li><li>Analyze proximity, connectivity, accessibility, utility corridors, infrastructure interfaces, and site constraints.</li><li>Develop thematic maps and spatial dashboards.</li><li>Produce GIS-based visualizations for management and technical presentations.</li><li>Support spatial analysis of construction progress and project development.</li><li>Develop interactive GIS dashboards where required.</li><li>Provide geospatial information to support risk identification and project planning.</li></ul><p><strong>Survey &amp; Engineering Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with Survey teams to ensure consistency between survey data and GIS datasets.</li><li>Integrate topographical surveys, as-built surveys, GPS data, and field observations into GIS.</li><li>Support verification of infrastructure locations and asset coordinates.</li><li>Coordinate with Civil, Utilities, Roads, Drainage, Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.</li><li>Support identification of spatial discrepancies between drawings, surveys, GIS data, and site conditions.</li><li>Provide GIS information to support technical queries, design reviews, construction coordination, and field activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Digital Handover &amp; Asset Management</strong></p><ul><li>Support the development of GIS-based asset registers and infrastructure databases.</li><li>Ensure asset locations and attributes are accurately captured for handover.</li><li>Coordinate with Commissioning and Asset Management teams to ensure GIS data meets operational requirements.</li><li>Support integration of GIS information with CAFM, IWMS, EAM, or other asset management platforms.</li><li>Verify final as-built GIS information against approved records and site conditions.</li><li>Prepare GIS datasets and documentation required for project handover.</li><li>Ensure final GIS information is complete, accurate, traceable, and properly structured.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, Geography, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in GIS, geospatial information management, infrastructure mapping, or digital engineering.</li><li>Strong experience working on major infrastructure, airport, transportation, utilities, or multidisciplinary construction projects.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise , or equivalent GIS platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of geodatabases, spatial analysis, data management, and GIS visualization.</li><li>Experience with CAD and engineering data integration, including AutoCAD / Civil 3D, is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience integrating GIS with BIM, survey, asset management, and CDE environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of coordinate reference systems, projections, georeferencing, and spatial data standards.</li><li>Experience managing underground utilities and infrastructure GIS datasets is preferred.</li><li>Experience with airport / airfield GIS and asset information is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of Python, FME, SQL, or other GIS automation and data management tools is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant GIS and information management standards is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p><ul><li>GIS &amp; Support model federation and multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Check BIM models against project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Employer's Information Requirements (EIR). Monitor model naming, classification, parameters, levels of development/information, and data requirements. Support BIM model audits and quality assurance. Identify model coordination issues and ensure timely resolution. Support integration of BIM information with construction schedules and project controls where required. Coordinate BIM information required for commissioning, handover, and asset management.
