<span>About Lucidya Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that manages entire customer lifecycles autonomously, from initial engagement through retention and growth.<br> Unlike platforms that only surface insights and leave the action to you, Lucidya completes the loop with proprietary NLU capabilities developed entirely in-house and trained on millions of multilingual conversations, equipping marketing, support, CX, and research teams to deliver personalized experiences that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.<br> Why this role matters Customer service is evolving faster than ever.<br> Customers expect instant, personalized support, while support teams are under constant pressure to resolve issues faster without sacrificing quality.<br> AI is fundamentally changing how support organizations operate, and we're building the products that will define that future.<br> As our Principal Product Manager , you'll own the strategy and direction of Lucidya's Customer Service Suite , including OmniServ, our ticketing and case management platform, mobile experience, and the AI-powered capabilities that enable support teams to work smarter.<br> This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a backlog.<br> You'll define where the product goes, make difficult prioritization decisions, and shape experiences that thousands of users rely on every day.<br> You'll spend time with customers, understand how they actually work, and turn those insights into products that solve meaningful problems.<br> We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, questions assumptions, and is excited by building products where AI creates real customer value - not simply because it's the latest trend.<br> What You'll Do Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lucidya's Customer Service Suite, ensuring every investment moves the product closer to solving meaningful customer problems.<br> Spend time with customer support teams, operations leaders, and enterprise customers to deeply understand how they work, where they struggle, and what would genuinely improve their day-to-day experience.<br> Work closely with Engineering and Design to continuously deliver valuable improvements, favouring learning through iteration over waiting for perfection.<br> Make thoughtful product decisions by balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical complexity, and long-term platform strategy.<br> Champion AI-powered experiences that genuinely improve agent productivity and customer outcomes, rather than adding technology for technology's sake.<br> Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure new capabilities are successfully adopted and create measurable business impact after launch.<br> Use customer feedback, product analytics, market trends, and experimentation to continuously improve the product and validate product decisions.<br> Create alignment across stakeholders by communicating product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions with clarity and confidence.<br> Build trust across cross-functional teams by creating a collaborative environment where great ideas can come from anyone.<br> Who You Are You've spent 7-9 years building B2B SaaS products and have owned a product or product suite end-to-end—not just individual features.<br> You enjoy solving customer problems more than shipping features.<br> You naturally ask "What problem are we solving?<br>" before deciding "What should we build?<br>" You're comfortable making difficult prioritization decisions and explaining the reasoning behind them, even when not everyone agrees.<br> You enjoy spending time with customers and believe the best product decisions come from understanding real user behaviour rather than assumptions.<br> You collaborate exceptionally well with engineers and designers.<br> You don't need to write production code, but you're technical enough to challenge ideas, understand trade-offs, and make informed decisions together.<br> You're naturally curious.<br> Whether it's a new AI capability, workflow automation tool, or emerging technology, you've probably already experimented with it before someone asked you to.<br> You value progress over perfection and know when it's time to ship, learn, and iterate.<br> You're comfortable using data to support your decisions but know that numbers alone rarely tell the full story.<br> You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences alike and can simplify complex ideas without oversimplifying the problem.<br> You're fluent in both Arabic and English , enabling you to work closely with our customers across the region.<br> You'll likely have experience with Product management platforms such as Jira and Confluence.<br> Collaboration tools including Miro and Figma.<br> Product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.<br> SQL for exploring product data and validating hypotheses.<br> Customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar.<br> Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent productivity tools.<br> Bonus points if you have: Previously worked in Customer Support, Customer Success, Contact Centres, or Service Operations before moving into Product.<br> Built AI-powered workflows or automation products that delivered measurable customer outcomes.<br> Experience designing or building enterprise customer service software.<br> What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Within your first six months, you'll have built a deep understanding of Lucidya's Customer Service Suite, our customers, and the workflows that power their support operations.<br> More importantly, you'll have: Become the go-to product leader for the Customer Service Suite, with a deep understanding of both the product and the customer problems it solves.<br> Shipped meaningful improvements to OmniServ or the mobile experience that customers notice and that measurably improve how support teams work.<br> Earned the trust of Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders by making thoughtful product decisions, communicating trade-offs clearly, and consistently delivering value.<br> Built strong relationships with customers and established a regular feedback loop that directly influences product priorities.<br> Defined and communicated a clear product roadmap that balances customer needs, business priorities, and long-term product strategy.<br> Identified opportunities to leverage AI and automation in ways that create genuine value for support teams rather than simply introducing new technology.<br> What the hiring process will look like Our hiring process is designed to help both you and us determine whether this is the right fit.<br> The process typically includes: An introductory conversation with Talent Acquisition.<br> A Product Leadership interview to explore your product thinking, leadership style, and experience.<br> A case study where you'll demonstrate how you approach solving complex product challenges and communicate your decisions.<br> A presentation/panel interview to showcase your findings A final conversation with executive leadership / Offer discussion.<br> Throughout the process, we're looking beyond experience alone.<br> We want to understand how you think, how you make decisions, how you collaborate with others, and how you approach building products that customers genuinely love.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

Role Purpose Ejad Tech is seeking a senior, client-facing Subject Matter Expert in AI and Emerging Technologies who can help shape demand, qualify opportunities, define solution direction, and support credible technical conversations with enterprise and government stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for the market reality in which many clients are still building awareness, need trusted guidance before they buy, and expect a technically credible advisor who can connect innovation ambition with practical implementation pathways. This position sits between traditional sales, technical architecture, and delivery assurance. It is intended for a professional who can engage executives, accompany leadership and sales teams in strategic meetings, translate emerging technology concepts into business value, frame feasible solution approaches, support indicative pricing and commercial shaping, and give clients confidence that proposed AI and emerging technology initiatives can move responsibly from idea to implementation. The role is not a pure delivery role and not a pure sales role. It is a forward-facing consulting and solution-shaping role focused on AI-first growth, emerging technology opportunity development, and strong continuity between what is proposed, what is sold, and what can realistically be delivered. Role Mandate The SME will serve as Ejad Tech’s technical and advisory front for AI and emerging technologies during client engagement, presales, executive awareness discussions, solution shaping, and selected transition-to-delivery activities. The role is expected to strengthen client confidence, improve technical credibility during pursuit stages, and help the business create demand in markets where customers may not yet have fully defined AI or emerging technology requirements. The successful candidate should be able to operate in the space between deep technologists and non-technical commercial stakeholders: strong enough to discuss architecture, integration, delivery implications, use-case feasibility, governance, and vendor options, while also being commercially aware enough to support opportunity qualification, sizing assumptions, solution packaging, and persuasive executive conversations. Key Responsibilities• Act as a senior, client-facing advisor on AI, Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and relevant emerging technologies for government and enterprise clients.• Accompany Sales, Business Development, and Executive Leadership in strategic client meetings, executive briefings, workshops, and awareness sessions to educate stakeholders, shape demand, and position practical technology opportunities.• Lead discovery, innovation, use-case, and solution-design workshops; translate business challenges into clear value cases, technology use cases, and phased implementation roadmaps.• Qualify AI and emerging-technology opportunities by assessing business value, feasibility, data readiness, integration needs, organizational readiness, delivery complexity, and key risks.• Define high-level solution scope, architecture, assumptions, dependencies, implementation approach, and commercial considerations; support proposals, RFPs, bids, presentations, demonstrations, and indicative pricing.• Recommend the appropriate solution approach, including consulting, PoCs, accelerators, partner technologies, platforms, custom development, or integrated solutions.• Design and assess AI-enabled solutions across Gen AI, LLM assistants, knowledge systems, NLP, intelligent search, automation, computer vision, analytics, and domain-specific AI use cases.• Shape integrated solutions that combine AI with data platforms, cloud, APIs, enterprise applications, IoT, digital twins, edge, XR, and other emerging technologies where relevant.• Guide PoCs, prototypes, pilots, and demonstrations, ensuring a clear and credible path from concept to secure, scalable production implementation.• Ensure proposed solutions consider Saudi regulatory and governance requirements, including SDAIA, NDMO, PDPL, privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, responsible AI, human oversight, and model risk.• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute market insights, reusable offerings, solution frameworks, accelerators, and thought-leadership assets.• Ensure continuity between presales and delivery by clarifying solution intent, architecture, assumptions, dependencies, governance requirements, and implementation risks; provide technical assurance without acting as the delivery owner. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is not a pure salesperson and not a narrow specialist engineer. This role is intended for a market-facing consultant who combines strong technical literacy in AI and emerging technologies with solution architecture thinking, client engagement maturity, and enough commercial awareness to support opportunity development and presales confidence. The successful candidate should be comfortable speaking to C-level executives, business sponsors, architects, delivery leads, and partner vendors. The person should be able to simplify complex technologies without oversimplifying them, create confidence without overpromising, and shape practical next steps in environments where customers may still be forming their technology agenda. Required Experience• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.• 8+ years of relevant experience across technology consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, enterprise technology advisory, data and AI, or related domains.• Strong practical understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-oriented solution patterns, AI-enabled automation, and modern enterprise technology architectures.• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into feasible technology use cases, solution concepts, and implementation approaches.• Experience participating in or shaping PoCs, prototypes, pilots, or production-oriented technology initiatives.• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, cloud environments, data platforms, cybersecurity, and solution scalability considerations.• Experience engaging clients in workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, presentations, or solution-definition activities.• Strong exposure to Saudi government entities, regulated sectors, or large enterprises is highly preferred.• Arabic communication skills are strongly preferred for client-facing effectiveness in the Saudi market. Preferred Experience• Experience in technology consulting, innovation consulting, AI solution advisory, digital transformation, or advanced technology services.• Experience supporting presales, proposal development, solution shaping, or technical-commercial discussions.• Familiarity with Saudi public and private sector digital environments, data governance expectations, and responsible AI considerations.• Experience evaluating technology vendors, partner offerings, and build-versus-buy options.• Exposure to sectors such as government, defense, smart cities, utilities, transport, education, health, or other strategic enterprise domains in Saudi Arabia. Core Competencies & Technology Expertise AI-first advisory and solution shaping across Generative AI, LLMs, AI assistants, machine learning, intelligent automation, data platforms, cloud, APIs, and enterprise integration. Strong capability in executive engagement, use-case prioritization, high-level architecture, presales, workshops, commercial scoping, and delivery assurance. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as IoT, digital twins, metaverse/XR, edge computing, computer vision, smart platforms, and technology-partner ecosystems to develop integrated, business-focused solutions. Success Measures Success in this role will be measured by a combination of market impact, technical credibility, and opportunity quality, including:• Improved quality of client-facing AI and emerging technology conversations• Stronger executive engagement and demand-shaping effectiveness• Better-qualified opportunities• Greater confidence in solution scope, assumptions, and indicative pricing• Higher conversion of advisory conversations into structured opportunities• Increased contribution to AI and emerging technology led revenue growth• Development of reusable solution assets, architectures, and go-to-market content Preferred Certifications AI, machine learning, or Generative AI, Cloud architecture or cloud AI platforms, Solution architecture or enterprise architecture, Data governance, cybersecurity, or privacy, TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks, ISO/IEC 42001, responsible AI, or related AI governance domains
