Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Technical Sales Manager Rigid Polyurethane to drive business growth and market development for Yadong Polyols in the Rigid Polyurethane (PU) segment across India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, depending on the preferred job location and business requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, established customer relationships, and relevant experience in rigid polyurethane applications such as refrigeration, sandwich panels, and insulation systems. The role involves customer acquisition, key account management, technical support, and achieving sales targets, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely collections. Key Responsibilities: Promote and establish Yadong Polyols in the Indian Rigid Polyurethane market, particularly in applications such as refrigerators, sandwich panels, and insulation systems. Identify and develop key customers within the assigned market, including mapping and understanding the complete value chain. Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts assigned by the company. Develop new business opportunities and acquire customers to achieve an annual sales target of 100 MT from non-assigned accounts. Drive product positioning and increase the adoption of Yadong products at customer locations. Provide basic technical support and application guidance to customers within the assigned market segment. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales, market intelligence, and customer activity reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech Chemical) or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Polyurethane (PU) industry within the Rigid PU segment. Proven experience in handling and developing business with major refrigerator manufacturers and related OEMs. Strong understanding of rigid polyurethane applications, market dynamics, and customer requirements. Role Purpose:RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE ON ALL MAKES AND MODELS OF HEAVY EQUIPMENTS AND MACHINES.<br>Key Responsibilities:Installing, maintaining and repairing hydraulic systems of any heavy equipment and machinery. Familiarized in any kind of hydraulic system such as control valves, hydraulic pump, and pilotsystem. . Perform hydraulic pumps and control valve overhauling. Ability to read hydraulic schematics. Knowledge how to read the proper working pressure of hydraulic pumps. Disassemble, inspect and repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves,…etc. Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits as they pertain to hydraulic controls (Hydroelectrical system). Perform preventative maintenance of hydraulic systems.
