The role collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align technical strategies with business objectives, provides customer and market feedback to influence product direction, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and continuously develops team capabilities, best practices, and pre-sales processes to maximize business growth and customer ROI.</p><br><br><br>Main Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Lead, mentor, and manage the Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams in KSA, ensuring high performance, technical excellence, and alignment with regional business objectives while driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth.</li>
<li>Drive sales opportunities by leveraging technical accelerators such as presentations, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and potentially engaging in pilot programs with professional services;</li>
<li>Lead technical sales cadence calls and communicate with other technical teams such as support and professional services throughout the sales cycle to ensure overall customer satisfaction;</li>
<li>Assist in the deployment and implementation of solutions post-sale, ensuring smooth customer onboarding and addressing technical challenges;</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.</li>
<li>Relevant Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA‑V, CCP‑V, or CCE‑V) are highly valued and considered a strong advantage.</li>
</ul><br><br>Experience
<br><ul>
<li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in Virtualization and Network Security.</li>
<li>Preferred Working knowledge of Citrix technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS, NetScaler (ADC), and HDX protocols.</li>
<li>Infrastructure Familiarity: Awareness of virtualization, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise desktop delivery solutions.</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing high-value enterprise accounts and driving software adoption metrics.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading and managing Pre-Sales and/or Customer Success teams, with a strong track record of developing high-performing technical professionals and achieving business objectives.</li>
<li>Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts simply and adapt your message for both system administrators and C-level executives.</li>
<li>Presentation Skills: Confident in preparing and delivering structured, data-driven presentations for regular account reviews and roadmap sessions.</li>
<li>Problem Solving & Escalation Handling: Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage customer frustrations constructively, and methodically navigate internal engineering or support structures to get results.</li>
