About the Role<p>Double Marks is seeking a hands-on Technical Engineer – BIM &amp; Shop Drawings to join our project team in Riyadh.</p><p>The successful candidate will initially support the delivery of a major data center project and will become part of Double Marks' technical engineering team for current and future projects.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage structural/civil shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.</li><li>Develop, update, and maintain project BIM models in accordance with project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate structural models and drawings with Architectural and MEP disciplines.</li><li>Perform clash detection and support resolution of coordination issues.</li><li>Prepare structural plans, sections, details, reinforcement details, openings, embeds, and other construction drawings.</li><li>Review IFC drawings, specifications, and project requirements before developing shop drawings.</li><li>Identify design discrepancies and prepare/support RFIs and technical queries.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, site engineers, consultants, and other disciplines.</li><li>Incorporate approved design changes and site modifications into drawings/models.</li><li>Maintain drawing revisions and support preparation of redlines and final as-built drawings/models.</li><li>Support Double Marks with AutoCAD/Revit and technical drawing requirements across future projects.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.</li><li>Strong hands-on proficiency in <strong>Revit and AutoCAD</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Navisworks and BIM coordination</strong>.</li><li>Good understanding of reinforced concrete construction and structural drawings.</li><li>Ability to independently produce construction/shop drawings from IFC documents.</li><li>Experience coordinating Structural, Architectural, and MEP models.</li><li>Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.</li><li>Previous experience on large-scale, mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is an advantage.</li><li>Saudi/GCC construction experience is preferred.</li></ul><p>Candidates should be <strong>hands-on technical engineers</strong>, not solely BIM managers or coordinators.</p><ul><li>Please apply with your CV and details of relevant BIM/Revit/shop drawing project experience.</li></ul>
