Engineering

Lead supervision of MV/LV power, lighting, emergency power, earthing, lightning protection, and electrical life-safety systems. Review electrical designs, shop drawings, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and material submittals. Coordinate electrical distribution across residential, commercial, retail, office, clubhouse, and public areas. Manage interfaces with utility providers, infrastructure networks, MEP systems, and architectural finishes. Monitor installations, testing, energisation, commissioning, and performance verification. Review RFIs, method statements, protection studies, and technical proposals. Manage electrical inspections, snagging, handover, and O&M documentation.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering and construction-supervision experience. Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments. Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, transformers, generators, UPS, lighting, earthing, and life-safety systems. Experience in testing, commissioning, energisation, and authority coordination. Knowledge of SBC, SEC requirements, IEC, NFPA, and NEC standards. Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
