(.RVT).</li><li>Navisworks coordination files (.NWC/.NWD).</li><li>Shop drawings in PDF and DWG formats.</li><li>Clash detection reports.</li><li>BIM coordination reports.</li><li>Model data sheets and quantity reports.</li><li>As-built BIM models.</li><li>Asset Information Models (AIM) and associated asset data, where required.</li></ul><p><strong>Project and Team Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support engineering and design teams with accurate BIM information and coordinated models.</li><li>Assist factory and installation teams by providing relevant model views, and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Relevant experience in BIM modeling for vertical transportation systems, particularly lifts and escalators.</li><li>Practical experience in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.</li><li>Knowledge of lift and escalator layouts, installation requirements, and building interface coordination.</li><li>Understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, model coordination, and shop drawing production.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, Employer Information Requirements, and LOD requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of ACC/BIM 360, model data management, and COBie requirements is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, equipment layouts, and engineering information.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and
