مدير تأجير سيارات بالرياضسعودي فقط سعودي فقطتعلن شركة في اي بي لتأجير السيارات (VIP CAR RENTAL) عن رغبتها في استقطاب كفاءة مميزة للانضمام إلى فريقها القيادي في منصب مدير تأجير. يتولى المسؤولية الكاملة عن إدارة وتنسيق عمليات التأجير بكافة الفروع والإشراف المباشر على فريق العمل.<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية:1. الإدارة والإشراف على الموظفين: المسؤولية الإدارية الكاملة عن موظفي إدارة التأجير.تنظيم مواعيد الحضور، تبديل الشفتات، وإدارة الإجازات السنوية والمرضية.المتابعة المباشرة والدقيقة لأداء الموظفين لضمان كفاءة العمل.<br>2. الرقابة والعمليات التشغيلية: متابعة الشفتات اليومية للفروع والتأكد من سير العمل وفق المعايير.المطابقة اليومية للسيارات (الفعلي مقابل النظام) ومطابقة أرصدة خزن الفروع والتوقيع عليها.الإشراف على عمليات التسليم والاستلام بين الشفتات من خلال تقارير كتابية موثقة.إدارة نظام الحجوزات وضمان التجهيز المسبق لها.<br>3. إدارة العقود والجودة: المراجعة الدقيقة للعقود المفتوحة والمغلقة بكافة الفروع والتأكد من سلامة الإجراءات واعداد التقارير اليومية بها ورفعها للإدارة.التحقق من أهلية العملاء وإنجاز تعديلات العقود المطلوبة.التأكد من التوثيق الفوتوغرافي للسيارات (خروج وعودة) لحماية حقوق الشركة والعميل.إدارة التلفيات والتعويضات وتحديث قوائم الأسعار وإضافة السيارات الجديدة للأسطول.<br>متطلبات الوظيفة:خبره لا تقل عن 3 سنوات بالمجالقدرة عالية على القيادة والتوجيه ورفع التقارير الدورية للإدارة واجادة تامه لبرنامج ديناميك تاجير و اداره المراسلات عن طريق الايميلات .الدقة المتناهية في التعامل مع العقود المالية والمخزون.مهارات تواصل ممتازة لتمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات الخارجية.التعليم: حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.اللغات: إجادة التحدث والكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة .

نبحث عن "مشرف صيانة وعمليات" ذو كفاءة وخبرة عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا، لتولي مسؤولية الإشراف الكامل على الأسطول، إدارة العمليات التشغيلية، وضمان أعلى معايير الجودة والجاهزية لمركباتنا.???? المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:1. إدارة الصيانة الشاملة:التخطيط والجدولة الدقيقة لعمليات الصيانة الدورية والوقائية لكافة سيارات الأسطول (تغيير الزيوت، الفلاتر، الإطارات، فحص الفرامل، وغيرها) لضمان إطالة العمر الافتراضي للمركبات.متابعة الصيانة الطارئة والأعطال المفاجئة، والتنسيق المباشر مع الورش ومراكز الصيانة المعتمدة لضمان سرعة وجودة الإصلاح.فحص السيارات بشكل دوري ومراجعة تقارير الفحص الفني للتأكد من سلامتها وجاهزيتها التامة للتأجير.الرقابة على تكاليف الصيانة، متابعة طلبات قطع الغيار، ومراجعة فواتير الورش لضمان الكفاءة المالية وتقليل الهدر.قيادة فريق الفنيين و التشغيل والحركه2. إدارة العمليات وتحركات الأسطول:إدارة ومتابعة تحركات السيارات بين الفروع بناءً على حجم الطلب والاحتياج التشغيلي لضمان توفر السيارات في الوقت والمكان المناسبين.توجيه المناديب وإدارة جدول مهامهم اليومية بكفاءة عالية، ومتابعة عمليات استلام وتسليم السيارات للعملاء أو بين الفروع ومراكز الصيانة.3. إدارة الأنظمة التقنية:العمل باحترافية وكفاءة على برنامج (ديناميك - Dynamic) التأجير و الصيانة لتوثيق ومتابعة كافة السجلات المتعلقة بالتأجير، وتحديث حالات الصيانة لكل مركبة بشكل فوري ومستمر.4. إدارة الحوادث والجهات الخارجية:رفع ومتابعة المطالبات الخاصة بالحوادث المرورية فور وقوعها، واستلام تقارير الجهات المختصة (مثل نجم والمرور).التعامل المباشر والفعال مع شركات التأمين لمتابعة التعويضات واستخراج موافقات الإصلاح في أسرع وقت.توجيه ومتابعة المعقبين لإنهاء كافة الإجراءات النظامية والمرورية المتعلقة بالأسطول (تجديد الاستمارات، الفحص الدوري، التأمين، وغيرها).???? الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجال إدارة أساطيل السيارات وقطاع التأجير لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.إجادة تامة واحترافية للعمل على برنامج (ديناميك - Dynamic) (في نظامي التأجير والصيانة).دراية فنية ممتازة بأعطال السيارات، ومتابعة أعمال الورش ومراكز الصيانة.معرفة شاملة بإجراءات الحوادث وأنظمة شركات التأمين في المملكة.شخصية قيادية بمهارات تواصل ممتازة، وقدرة على توجيه فريق العمل (مناديب ومعقبين).القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، وسرعة البديهة في حل المشكلات الطارئة.<br>⁩
