We are currently seeking a skilled <i>Internal Audit Manager</i> to drive internal audit operations effectively.<br><br><b>Role Purpose:</b><br>The <i>Internal Audit Manager</i> will oversee the implementation of the annual audit plan, manage a team of auditors, and ensure compliance with auditing standards. You will report directly to the Director of Internal Audit and present findings to the Chief Audit Executive (CAE).<br><br><b>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Implement timely decisions relevant to the department and report on status monthly.</li><li>Deliver the annual audit plan on time.</li><li>Approve and review all audit programs.</li><li>Manage budget effectively, ensuring audits are conducted within planned timelines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal audit standards through regular quality assurance reviews.</li><li>Provide training and share knowledge with team members.</li><li>Collect and maintain stakeholder feedback on audits with a target satisfaction score of 75%.</li></ul><br><b>Job Requirements:</b><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of audit experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit methodologies.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Certification such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent.</li></ul>
