<p><strong>Job Opportunity</strong></p><p>Required: an R&D expert in chemistry and materials science</p><p>A industrial company working in the development and exploitation of ore <strong>Scoria</strong> announces its desire to attract a distinguished R&D expert to contribute to the development of innovative and high-value industrial products based on scoria ore.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct studies and research related to scoria ore and assess its physical and chemical properties.</li><li>Develop and improve formulations and new industrial products suitable for application and commercial production.</li><li>Design and conduct laboratory experiments, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.</li><li>Contribute to the development of manufacturing processes and improve product quality.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in chemistry, industrial chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, materials science, or any related discipline.</li><li>Practical experience of at least <strong>5 years</strong> in R&D or industrial product development.</li><li>Preference for those with experience in pozzolanic materials, cementitious materials, metallic materials, advanced materials, or composite materials.</li><li>Ability to conduct scientific research, analyze results, and find innovative technical solutions, with proficiency in English.</li></ul>
