Estimation &amp; Tendering</p><ul><li><p>Study, analyse, and interpret tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates covering manpower, materials, equipment, subcontracting, overheads, and margins.</p></li><li><p>Identify project scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions during estimation.</p></li><li><p>Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site visits when required for scope verification and risk assessment.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within defined deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Support Business Development with budgetary and preliminary estimates for new opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update databases for standard rates, productivity norms, and historical cost data.</p></li></ul><p>B. Project Control &amp; Reporting</p><ul><li><p>Track daily manpower, equipment utilization, and productivity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to clients and management.</p></li><li><p>Support cost control, forecasting, and cash flow planning through integration of planning and budget data.</p></li><li><p>Participate in shutdown readiness reviews, coordination meetings, and project debriefs.</p></li><li><p>Prepare planning documentation and lessons-learned reports upon project completion.</p></li></ul><p>D. Coordination &amp; Support</p><ul><li><p>Coordinate with clients for progress updates, planning reviews, and reporting as per contractual requirements.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with estimation, execution, and procurement teams to exchange data and improve future tender accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and HSE standards.</p></li></ul></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience in SABIC / ARAMCO projects, including shutdowns, chemical cleaning, hydro jetting, and mechanical maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of maintenance, and turnaround scopes.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and estimation / ERP systems.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with international standards and industrial safety practices in oil &amp; gas.</p></li><li><p>Middle East experience, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during shutdowns.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with P&amp;ID, isometric drawings, and plant maintenance processes.</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning and estimation within industrial services, maintenance, shutdown, and oil &amp; gas sectors.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p></section>
