About the job BIM MANAGER (FITOUT)
<p>We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects to lead and manage BIM implementation, coordination, and delivery across all project stages. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in BIM management for high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, airport, or mixed-use fit-out projects and be fluent in both French and English to support coordination with international stakeholders and project teams.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><br>
<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in accordance with client and project requirements.</li><li>Lead and manage multidisciplinary BIM teams, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.</li><li>Oversee BIM workflows, standards, quality control procedures, and project deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate BIM activities between consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.</li><li>Manage model federation, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks or similar coordination platforms.</li><li>Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, ISO 19650 standards, and client requirements.</li><li>Support design coordination meetings and provide technical BIM guidance to project teams.</li><li>Monitor BIM model development progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.</li><li>Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or equivalent.</li><li>Provide mentoring and technical support to BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.</li><li>Generate BIM reports, dashboards, and project status updates for management and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate closely with fit-out construction teams to ensure constructability and efficient project delivery.</li><li>Coordinate shop drawings, as-built models, and handover documentation.</li></ul><p>Key Qualifications:</p><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years as a BIM Manager.</li><li>Proven experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, airport, retail, or mixed-use development projects, including interior fit-out works.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BIM standards, digital engineering workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ISO 19650 requirements.</li><li>Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams throughout design and construction phases.</li><li>Experience working on GCC projects, preferably within Saudi Arabia or Qatar.</li><li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Experience with Dynamo, Solibri, and Power BI is considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) management and BIM coordination processes.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi Building Code requirements and local authority approval processes is preferred.</li><li>Fluent in French and English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously. </li></ul>Vertical:<br>Digital Engineering <br>

Position Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the hotel, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, effective cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and providing strategic financial leadership to support the hotel's operational and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage all hotel accounting and finance functions. Lead the hotel's financial management activities, ensuring effective financial planning, analysis, and control. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor cash flow, profitability, and operational expenses. Coordinate internal and external audits. Ensure VAT, tax, and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain internal financial controls and policies. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Qualifications Saudi National. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, CMA, SOCPA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel finance and financial management within the hospitality industry.
