Purpose of the Role:<br>A leading company in the travel and tourism industry is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage strategic corporate accounts, strengthen long-term client relationships, and identify opportunities for retention and revenue growth.<br>Key Responsibilities:• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients• Develop account retention and growth strategies• Manage client onboarding and monitor overall account health• Conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients• Ensure agreed service levels are met and resolve escalated issues• Identify upselling and account expansion opportunities• Coordinate with sales and operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience• Negotiate contracts and manage enterprise-level accounts• Monitor account performance and prepare business reports<br>Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field• 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or corporate sales• Strong experience within airlines, OTAs, travel agencies, or the tourism industry• Proven experience managing large corporate accounts and negotiating contracts• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities• Proactive, commercially driven, and results-oriented
Project Manager – Construction Supervision (Developer Side)<br><br>Qualifications & Experienc<br>e<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and real estate development projects. Minimum 5 years of Developer/Client-side experience managing construction supervision and project delivery. Proven experience in Hospitality, High-Rise, and Infrastructure projects. Experience managing Supervision Consultants and Contractors. Strong knowledge of contract administration, VOs, EOTs, claims, payment certifications, and project close-out. PMP certification is preferred. FIDIC knowledge/certification is an advantage. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with good Microsoft Office skill<br>s.<br>Key Responsibilit<br>ies<br>Lead the construction supervision phase from NTP through final handover. Manage Supervision Consultants and Contractors to ensure compliance with scope, quality, budget, schedule, and HSE requirements. Monitor project progress, risks, and KPIs, and implement recovery plans when required. Review execution plans, construction methodologies, variation orders, EOTs, and contractual claims. Coordinate with authorities, operators, utilities, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational readiness. Prepare executive progress reports and support commissioning, handover, and contract close-<br>out.<br>Preferred Background Experience with Real Estate Developers, Hospitality, High-Rise, Infrastructure, and Master-Planned Community developments is highly prefe<br>rred.
