Antal International is collaborating with a leading global Infrastructure & Construction PMC Company to hire a Project Manager for its team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.<br>Budget: SAR 50-60k (Including benefits) <br>The incumbent must have:Senior Infrastructure / Construction Project Manager with 15-20 years of experience, independently leading a major Saudi/GCC PMC Company, responsible for construction delivery, commercial management, contracts, planning & program controls, stakeholder management, risk and quality.<br>Main responsibilities:Lead the project from design through construction, commissioning, handover, and close-out. Manage a multidisciplinary site management team covering engineering, construction, planning, commercial, contracts, quality, HSE, interfaces, and supervision. Oversee developers, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and government stakeholders. Deliver infrastructure including roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, telecommunications, and public realm. Control schedule, cost, quality, HSE, risks, contracts, variations, claims, and payments. Lead progress meetings and resolve technical, construction, and interface issues. Manage delays through recovery plans, mitigation, and acceleration strategies. Coordinate approvals with authorities and utility providers. Lead handover, defect management, close-out documentation, and final acceptance. Mentor the project delivery team and ensure strong project governance.<br>Key requirements:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.20+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, land development, or major urban development.10+ years managing multidisciplinary PMC/program/construction supervision teams. Significant Saudi Arabia/GCC major-project experience. Client-side, PMC, or consultancy experience is essential. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction management, program controls, and commercial administration. Experience coordinating government authorities, utilities, and multiple contractors. Chartered/Professional Engineer status preferred.
