  Our client is a leading Medium company in the field of Beverage Manufacturing in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly capable General Manager to oversee our complete end-to-end operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will bring deep sector expertise and a proven track record of driving change and growth within the Kingdom's competitive beverage market.

  
  Seven Main Tasks

  • Full P&L Accountability: Drive financial performance, maximize profitability, manage operational budgets, and align resource allocation with company growth objectives.

    
    

  • Strategic Leadership & Execution: Design and execute long-term business strategies, operational models, and market expansion plans under the guidance of the Group CEO.

    
    

  • Change Management & Transformation: Lead organizational restructuring, modernize manufacturing processes, and foster an adaptable, high-performance corporate culture.

    
    

  • Commercial & Market Growth: Oversee sales, marketing, and distribution networks within the KSA market to increase market share across key product segments.

    
    

  • Supply Chain & Production Oversight: Direct manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain logistics to maximize efficiency and maintain high compliance standard protocols.

    
    

  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor, build, and lead a high-performing department head layer, managing performance metrics across a 6-day workweek schedule.

    
    

  • Stakeholder & Board Reporting: Maintain direct communication and provide comprehensive progress reports to the Group CEO regarding overall operational performance and strategic targets.

    
    
  Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

    
    

  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience, with explicit management exposure inside the KSA market.

    
    

  • Industry Niche: Direct prior experience working within the Juice, Water, Dairy, or closely related beverage manufacturing industries.

    
    

  • Languages: Native or professional fluency in both Arabic & English is mandatory.

    
    

  • Hiring Parameter: Open to candidates currently based Inside Saudi Arabia Only.
