Assist in drafting technical specifications, scopes of work (SOW), and maintenance tenders. Safety, Health & Regulatory Compliance Enforce strict compliance with HSE rules, hazardous area classifications, and Permit to Work (PTW) protocols during any station servicing or repair. Ensure all station facilities strictly comply with Civil Defense safety standards and municipal regulations. Conduct regular field audits and safety inspections, promptly correcting site hazards or non-conformities. Reporting & Asset Handover Jointly inspect and sign off on technical handovers for new or revamped stations from the Projects Department into active maintenance operations. Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing asset downtime, maintenance spend versus OPEX budget, contractor performance, and recurring technical faults. <p> Functions in place of the Front Office Manager in his/her absence.</p>
