The Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing all on-site construction activities for hospitality developments, including hotels, resorts, branded residences, and hospitality refurbishment projects. The role ensures successful project delivery in accordance with approved quality standards, budget, schedule, brand requirements, and operational objectives. The Construction Manager will coordinate closely with the Client, Hotel Operator, Design Consultants, Contractors, and Project Management Team to ensure seamless execution from construction through commissioning, handover, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Construction Management Lead all construction activities from mobilization through practical completion and final handover. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement recovery plans where required. Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, hotel brand standards, and local regulations. Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and specialist vendors throughout project execution. Coordinate construction sequencing to achieve milestone and opening-date commitments. Hospitality Fit-Out & Finishes Oversee execution of guest rooms, suites, public areas, restaurants, lounges, banquet facilities, spa, wellness, and back-of-house spaces. Ensure luxury finishes and workmanship meet hospitality quality standards. Coordinate installation of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OS&E requirements.
