About the Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of large-scale construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Experience within the theming, entertainment, amusement parks, museums, attractions, or immersive environments is highly desirable, although candidates with strong experience in complex construction projects are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and contract requirements. Monitor project schedules and proactively manage delays and risks. Maintain strict adherence to HSE policies, Saudi regulations, and company safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance. Coordinate with Project Managers, Design, Engineering, Procurement, and QA/QC teams. Manage subcontractor performance, productivity, and contractual obligations. Review construction methodologies and identify opportunities for improved efficiency. Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and management updates. Participate in client meetings, consultant inspections, and authority approvals. Resolve onsite technical and operational issues efficiently. Support project cost control by minimizing rework and improving productivity. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Management role. Experience delivering large commercial, hospitality, entertainment, infrastructure, or themed construction projects. Previous experience in theming, attractions, amusement parks, water parks, museums, experiential environments, or specialty fit-out is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site logistics. Excellent understanding of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with multinational teams and subcontractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Previous GCC experience is highly preferred, with Saudi Arabia experience being an advantage.
