<h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul >
<li >Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food items.</li>
<li >Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables, and accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.</li>
<li >Prepare and cook food in adherence to recipes, quality standards, presentation guidelines, and food preparation checklists.</li>
<li >Prepare cold food items and operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.</li>
<li >Test foods to ensure sufficient cooking and monitor food quality throughout the preparation process.</li>
<li >Set up and break down the work station, and serve food in proper portions using appropriate receptacles.</li>
<li >Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.</li>
<li >Check and ensure the correctness of appliance and food temperatures.</li>
