Manage utility applications, approvals, agreements, and design coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor utility approval programmes and proactively resolve issues affecting project delivery. Coordinate infrastructure requirements with relevant authorities and consultants to ensure timely project implementation. <br>Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation including feasibility studies, business cases, RFPs, consultant agreements, contracts, authority approvals, meeting minutes, development programmes, and progress reports. Develop project dashboards, presentations, and reporting packs for clients, investors, and executive management.
