Roles and responsibilities: Supervisor on-site daily activities and ensure work is performed according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and project schedules. Coordinate civil and MEP works to avoid conflicts during construction. Supervise subcontractors and site workers ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements. Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the project management team. The candidate profile required: Minimum 4 years of experience supervising civil, architectural, and electromechanical execution. Proven experience in reinforced concrete works, finishing works, and electromechanical works. Good knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), with ability to coordinate MEP activities with civil and architectural construction. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and supervise on-site execution according to project specifications and timelines. Good knowledge of quality, health, and safety standards and regulations related to construction sites. Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to effectively coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers. Saudi work experience preferred. Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
