Pricing & Promotion Execution:Ensure correct and up-to-date pricing and shelf tags on all Al Rabie products as per the agreed price list. Execute agreed promotions and activations accurately and on time, ensuring correct promotional pricing at shelf. Ensure promotional materials and branded displays are correctly installed and clearly visible to shoppers. Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity in-store and report findings to the Modern Trade Supervisor.4. Freshness & Expiry Management:Apply strict stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) on shelf and in the back store to guarantee product freshness for shoppers. Identify and remove near-expiry, expired, or damaged stock from the shelf, following the agreed returns and swap process. Track and report expiry risks and returns to the Modern Trade Supervisor to enable timely corrective action. Uphold Al Rabie’s quality and freshness standards at every point of the store visit.5. Customer Coordination & Store Relationships:Build strong day-to-day working relationships with store managers, section heads, and receiving staff to facilitate smooth execution. Handle routine store queries, order follow-ups, and delivery or service issues, escalating as needed to the Modern Trade Supervisor. Coordinate deliveries and returns with the store and supply chain to ensure continuous product availability. Follow up on outstanding actions and agreements to ensure timely resolution at store level.6. Reporting & Asset Care Accurately record orders, visits, availability, pricing, and expiry data using the sales-force automation tool on every store visit. Provide daily field feedback on execution, out-of-stocks, and competitor activity to the Modern Trade Supervisor. Care for and safeguard company assets in-store, including branded chillers, display units, and merchandising equipment. Key Responsibilities Lead operations and maintenance of utilities, lighting, and common infrastructure. Oversee facility readiness, preventive maintenance, and service reliability. Manage large on-site teams and multiple contractors/vendors. Coordinate with Tenant Relations to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and operational support. Supervise IT infrastructure readiness, security systems, and HSE compliance. Liaise with Civil Defense, emergency services, and relevant authorities to maintain operational excellence. Requirements3-5+ years of Facilities Management experience, including large-scale industrial, logistics, economic zone, or infrastructure developments (1M+ SQM preferred).
