The role provides technical leadership across pre-treatment, E-coat, primer, basecoat, clearcoat, ovens, conveyors, inspection systems, utilities, and ASRS, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Team Leader plays a key role in breakdown management, preventive maintenance execution, team development, and continuous improvement, acting as the first technical escalation point between technicians, engineering, and operations.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><p>Team Leadership &amp; Supervision</p><br><p>• Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.</p><br><p>• Ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and as per priority.</p><br><p>• Coach and mentor technicians to improve technical capability and problem-solving skills.</p><br><p>• Manage shift handovers, workload balancing, and on-call response.
