We're Hiring: Factory Production Manager — Exhibition & Events (Riyadh)<br>We are looking for a hands-on Factory Production Manager to take full ownership of our exhibition and events fabrication floor in Riyadh. This is a role for a proven operator who lives in the factory, drives output, and solves problems before they reach the client. About the Role<br>You will run the entire production operation end-to-end — from engineering and shop drawings through joinery, metal, acrylic, printing and finishing, to final QC and dispatch. You'll be the person who keeps the floor moving, the costs controlled, and the deadlines met on high-pressure event and exhibition builds.<br>Key Responsibilities Take full charge of the production floor and technical operations, from engineering hand-off through fabrication, finishing, and dispatch out of the factory. Lead and coordinate all disciplines — joinery, metalwork, acrylic, printing, and technical engineering — ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery. Optimise production workflows and factory capacity to increase throughput and reduce cost without compromising quality.
