Role Description the Retail Operations Manager (Clock Tower) at ALSHIAKA is a full-time, on-site role-based in Jiddah, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role manages store staff scheduling and performance, monitors inventory levels, and coordinates merchandising and visual presentation in line with brand standards. The manager analyzes sales and operational data, implements improvement initiatives, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing workflow on the shop floor, resolving customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting promotional activities to drive revenue and enhance brand presence. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Operations and Store Management skills to oversee daily activities and maintain high store performance. Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, improve processes, and support informed decision-making. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming environment and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
