Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified subcontractors and suppliers for interior fit-out works including:Joinery & carpentry Gypsum / ceilings Flooring MEP works Painting & finishes Glass & aluminum Furniture & custom fixtures Maintain and continuously expand a reliable subcontractor and supplier database. Issue RFQs (Requests for Quotations) to suppliers and subcontractors. Analyze quotations for accuracy, scope completeness, and competitiveness. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules to achieve optimal project costs. Ensure procurement aligns with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Cost Estimation Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects based on:Architectural drawings Interior design drawings Shop drawings Specifications and project requirements Perform quantity take-offs for materials, finishes, and construction elements. Develop detailed cost breakdowns for project bids and internal cost planning. Coordinate with designers and engineers to clarify scope and specifications. Tender Preparation & Bidding Lead the preparation of complete tender submissions including:BOQsCost estimates Supplier quotations Commercial pricing sheets Technical compliance documents Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to determine scope. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive tender pricing. Ensure tenders are submitted on time and in full compliance with client requirements. Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarifications with clients. Project Procurement Support Support project managers with procurement planning during project execution. Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality compliance. Ensure materials and subcontractors are procured within project budgets. Track procurement schedules to avoid delays in project delivery. Job Summary Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations in conjunction with Head Office Procurement structures. Plan and track the shipment of incoming materials according to project requirements. Description of Key Job Duties:Work closely with the Sales and Pre-sales teams to support customer engagements and business development activities across the MEA energy storage market. Develop and optimize BESS solutions for utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects, including system sizing, technical evaluation, preliminary design, and solution configuration. Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, technical specifications, and other customer-facing documentation. Participate in technical discussions and presentations with customers, developers, EPCs, consultants, and utilities to address project requirements and demonstrate solution value.
