Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser. Additionally, when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling sessions and in-store sampling and/or promotions. Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf displays. Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. <p>To ensure that customers get exactly what they ordered and in good condition by performing all the tasks associated with the running of the Warehouse, including receipt, storage and the dispatching of all finished goods. The position will also maintain a safe and clean working environment as per the company's Operational Excellence Standards, Policies & and Procedures.</p>
<p><b><span>Key Accountabilities</span></b></p>
<p><strong>1. Order Picking & Loading</strong></p>
<p>Pick customer orders in the Ambient, Frozen and Chilled Chambers that are ready for shipment and transport these orders to the loading locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment/Forklifts in an accurate and safe manner, ensuring the right quantities and right dates. Ensure Van stock rotation is carried out in all sales vehicles during all loading operations and carry out Van stock counts as and when required.</p>
<p><strong>2. Repacking</strong></p>
<p>Repackage any orders or deliveries that require such handling when necessary and report quality and quantity variances.</p>
<p><strong>3. Quality</strong></p>
<p>Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage in order to minimize market returns.</p>
<p><strong>4. Equipment</strong></p>
<p>Operate the various forklifts for order picking when required and inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment on a daily basis. Ensure that forklifts are always in good working condition, are clean in appearance and that any defects/damages are reported in good time to the Supervisor.</p>
<p><strong>5. Inventory Control</strong></p>
<p>Ensure stock is scanned / manually entered into the system for all inbound goods or goods leaving storage. Issue gate passes / return receipts for Store Keeper checks. Conduct physical inventory counts in all temperature chambers as required.</p>
<p><strong>6. Safety & Security</strong></p>
<p>Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area according to company standards and assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.</p>
<p><strong>7. General Assistance</strong></p>
<p>Provide additional assistance and/or tasks on the request of the Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the Warehouse.</p>

<p>Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a landmark destination on the Saudi coast. As Engineering Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the operation and maintenance of all resort systems and facilities. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering, you will supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure all infrastructure is functioning efficiently, safely, and to Four Seasons’ world-class standards.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and coordinate the work of engineering technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance across the property.</li>
<li>Ensure timely response to guest requests, operational issues, and emergencies.</li>
<li>Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure engineering systems and safety standards are met.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records, reports, and compliance logs for inspections, equipment, and repairs.</li>
<li>Train and mentor team members, ensuring high performance, safety awareness, and technical excellence.</li>
<li>Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives across the resort.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless luxury service and resort functionality.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What you bring</h4>
<ul>
<li>In compliance with Saudization regulations, this role is designated for Saudi nationals.</li>
<li>Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or maintenance role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.</li>
<li>Strong technical background in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage.</li>
<li>Fluent in English; eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is required.</li>
