Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing and food preparation for the property's specialty restaurant. Works with team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Develops and trains team to improve results.<br>CANDIDATE PROFILE <br>Education and Experience<br>• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.<br>OR<br>• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.<br>CORE WORK ACTIVITIES<br>Setting and Ensuring Culinary Standards and Responsibilities are Met for Specialty Restaurant<br>• Develops, designs, or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions for specialty restaurant.<br>• Supervises specialty restaurant kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.<br>• Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards.<br>• Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor.<br>• Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements for the specialty restaurant.<br>• Communications production needs to key personnel.<br>• Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items for the specialty restaurant.<br>• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.<br>• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.<br>• Estimates daily specialty restaurant production needs.<br>• Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.<br>• Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.<br>• Determines how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.<br>Leading Kitchen Team<br>• Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.<br>• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.<br>• Leads shift teams while personally preparing food items and executing requests based on required specifications.<br>• Supervises and manages specialty restaurant kitchen employees. It oversees electrical distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, renewable energy, energy storage, street lighting and associated control and monitoring systems, while promoting energy efficiency, decarbonisation and digital enablement.</p><br><br><p>The position ensures alignment with the city’s asset management framework, sustainability objectives, Saudi regulations, Vision 2030 priorities and global best practices.</p><br><br><p>Responsibilities include:</p><br><br><ul><li>Lead the strategic direction, governance, operating model, policies and performance framework for the city-wide power and electrical asset portfolio.</li><li>Develop long-term power asset strategies, service models, load forecasts, capacity plans and lifecycle investment programmes aligned with city growth and operational requirements.</li><li>Drive energy efficiency, renewable energy, demand-side management, carbon reduction and energy optimisation initiatives in line with ESG objectives and Vision 2030.</li><li>Establish asset information, digital systems, smart-grid technologies, advanced metering, data governance, performance dashboards and analytics to support informed decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable electricity regulations, electrical codes, grid requirements, permits, licensing obligations and regulatory reporting through engagement with relevant authorities.</li><li>Oversee asset lifecycle management for power infrastructure, including substations, transformers, switchgear, distribution networks, street lighting, renewable energy assets, energy storage systems and associated control systems.</li><li>Lead health, safety and environmental management, ensuring electrical safety, system reliability, regulatory compliance, network resilience, emergency response and business continuity.</li><li>Develop commercial, procurement, investment and service-provider governance strategies, including power supply arrangements, contracts, KPIs, SLAs, budgeting and lifecycle cost optimisation.</li><li>Build strong relationships with developers, utility providers, network operators, facility managers, regulators, government authorities and major energy users to support power service and sustainability objectives.</li><li>Lead organisational capability development, fostering a culture of safety, operational excellence, innovation, sustainability, continuous improvement and workforce development.</li></ul>

<p>Role Requirements:</p><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Engineering, Utilities Management, Asset Management or a related field. A Master’s degree and relevant professional certifications are preferred.</li><li>18+ years of experience in power systems, electrical utilities, energy management, infrastructure operations, asset management or city-scale service delivery, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.</li><li>Proven expertise in electrical distribution networks, substations, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, street lighting, renewable energy, energy storage and smart-grid technologies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi electricity regulations, electrical and grid codes, utility governance, energy efficiency, ESG frameworks, regulatory compliance and power-sector requirements.</li><li>Experience leading power strategy, procurement, operational readiness, service mobilisation, performance management, audits, lifecycle planning, OPEX/CAPEX management and contractor oversight.</li><li>Advanced capabilities in smart-grid technologies, SCADA, IoT, GIS, advanced metering, digital twins, data analytics, renewable energy integration and energy management systems.</li><li>Strong experience in load forecasting, capacity planning, network resilience, electrical safety, outage management, emergency preparedness and business continuity.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable, sustainable and commercially viable power management operations within a complex city, destination or mixed-use development.</li></ul><br><p>Jacobs. The role ensures consistent lifecycle decision-making across all asset portfolios, balancing cost, risk, performance, service outcomes, and whole-life value. Acting as a key link between City Asset Management and City Operations, it drives the integration of asset condition, criticality, service levels, maintenance requirements, and operational feedback into lifecycle plans. The position also partners with SAP EAMS and AM systems teams to provide trusted asset performance, risk, condition, and renewal planning insights.</p><br><br><br><p>Role Responsibilities:</p><br><br><ul><li>Lead the development and implementation of city-wide asset lifecycle planning frameworks, policies, renewal strategies, and governance aligned with ISO 55001 standards.</li><li>Establish lifecycle planning principles that balance asset performance, risk, cost, service levels, safety, resilience, and whole-life value.</li><li>Develop and manage renewal pipelines, using condition, risk, criticality, performance, maintenance, and cost data to prioritize investment decisions.</li><li>Define intervention thresholds, maintenance policies, renewal criteria, and asset-specific lifecycle requirements across portfolios.</li><li>Partner with SAP EAMS and AM platform teams to enable lifecycle forecasting, risk analysis, condition monitoring, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Integrate lifecycle planning across asset portfolios, ensuring consistent standards while addressing asset-class-specific operational needs.</li><li>Oversee lifecycle costing, total cost of ownership analysis, renewal forecasts, budget inputs, and long-term capital and operational planning.</li><li>Collaborate with City Operations, O&M teams, asset leads, governance teams, and handover stakeholders to embed lifecycle requirements into operational readiness and asset management plans.</li><li>Provide a city-wide view of asset risk, performance, backlog, renewal priorities, and lifecycle pressures to support strategic planning and investment decisions.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of lifecycle policies, prioritization methodologies, planning standards, and decision-support tools through performance monitoring, lessons learned, and industry best practices.</li></ul>

This dynamic environment calls for visionary, agile professionals who thrive in change and are motivated to help shape the future of healthcare in KSA. </i></b></p><br><p><b>ROLE SUMMARY </b></p><br><p>Medical Science Liaison (MSL) possesses extensive scientific expertise in respective therapeutic area and engages in scientific discussions and presentations with KEEs about the disease area, and clinical data in a non-promotional context.</p><br><p>This role is accountable for generating actionable insights from KEEs and communicating these to the brand team to shape the Medical and Brand strategy.</p><br><p>This role is responsible for a highly strategic product and disease area that involves working extensively with external stakeholders to forge strong relations and foster scientific and strategic partnerships within major hospitals and institutions/ authorities in their assigned territory and non-traditional stakeholders (E.g. policy and decision makers, payer groups, government, researchers, and others to help bridge the gaps and provide health system solutions. </p><br><p>This is a <b>field-based Medical Affairs role</b> requiring travel across assigned territories in Saudi Arabia to engage with healthcare professionals, external experts, institutions, and vaccination-related stakeholders.</p><br><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><br><p><b>Build, enhance, maintain advocacy of Key External Experts (KEEs) </b></p><br><ul><li>Identify, prioritize, and expand KEEs to include non-traditional stakeholders (E.g. policy and decision makers, payer groups, government, researchers, and others) based on scientific/clinical expertise and practice change influence within a specific hospital and institution/ authorities, and engage in robust scientific discussions and medical advancements in a balanced, objective, and accurate way.</li><li>Identify, and prioritize accounts based on patient care pathway and map the multidisciplinary team and maturity.</li><li>Provide AZ with an understanding of the local medical community, clinical practice trends, HCP insight and real or perceived gaps in current scientific knowledge, patient journey, and disease management.</li><li>Foster scientific partnerships with KEEs to help advance disease understanding and to achieve evidence-based changes in medical practice that are consistent with Medical Affairs strategy & objectives, such as:<p>Interact in the field with the medical community in the context of various medical projects such as clinical trials, Non-Interventional Studies, Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISSs), scientific exchange.</p><br><p> Identify potential speakers and train speakers as appropriate for local events.</p><br><p>Provide recommendations for advisory board / round table discussion participants and serve as faculty/facilitators for advisory board meetings.</p><br><p>Present scientific data to HCPs in both group (Medically led meetings) and one on one setting.</p><br><p>Facilitate continuing medical education events for HCPs.</p><br><p>Support evidence generation in the region aligned with the medical strategy of disease area and product.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Build and implement scientific programs to address unmet medical needs in priority disease area(s) </b></p><br><ul><li>Collect and share actionable insights that enhance the value and appropriate use of AZ products and disease management to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Engage in strategic planning meetings and medical-scientific presentations with medication access stakeholders, institutional decision makers and other external stakeholders to drive better clinical decisions and enhance medication accessibility within the assigned hospital or institution.
