This full-time role involves integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications, serving as a bridge between the core North product and client engineering teams. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on designing, building, and deploying agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver business value in enterprise workflows.</p>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Lead the design, development, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and performance.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Contribute to the North AI workspace platform by building and shipping features across the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to production.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Take ownership of use case scoping and shaping end-to-end, adapting to various technical areas, including frontend, to achieve effective solutions.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across customer engagements and internal teams.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment among stakeholders, and enhance engineering quality across the organization.</li>

<h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">Qualifications and Requirements</h3>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Demonstrated experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python, with a focus on clean, testable, observable, and scalable code.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Proven ability to build and deploy highly performant RAG and agentic applications, including agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using patterns such as ReAct or Plan-and-Execute.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Deep familiarity with the LLM stack, including frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ability to develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency beyond basic trial and error.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Experience working directly with customers and leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Experience owning the full scope of a use case from end-to-end.</li>
