<p><strong>Job Overview </strong></p><br><p>The Field Engineer III – Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Managed Pressure Drilling operations at customer well sites. The role provides advanced engineering expertise, operational leadership, and technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable drilling performance while meeting customer expectations, company standards, and regulatory requirements. XSPOC, PROSPER, WellFlo, or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience interpreting production data, well diagnostics, and performance trends to optimize artificial lift systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with well diagnostics and surveillance tools such as Dynamometer, Echometer, or equivalent technologies.</li> <li>Good understanding of well intervention, workover, completion support, and artificial lift installation activities.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of API standards and industry best practices related to artificial lift equipment.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong project planning and coordination abilities within multidisciplinary environments.</li> <li>Excellent customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to support technical proposals, engineering studies, and business development initiatives.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software applications.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Qualifications</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.</li> <li>Minimum<strong> </strong>8 12<strong> </strong>years of experience in Artificial Lift Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, Application Engineering, or Project Engineering within the oil and gas industry.</li> <li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with Rod Lift, PCP, Hydraulic Lift, Jet Pump, and/or integrated Artificial Lift Systems.</li> <li>Proven experience in artificial lift design, engineering simulation, production optimization, troubleshooting, and system performance analysis.</li> <li>Experience with engineering software such as RodStar, SROD, GEMS, XSPOC, PROSPER or WellFlo</li> <li>Experience using SROD and C.FER Artificial Lift simulation and design software will be considered a strong advantage.</li> <li>Experience supporting well intervention, completion, workover, or production enhancement projects is considered an advantage.</li> <li>Proven experience supporting major operators such as Saudi Aramco or other international oil companies.</li> <li>Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to provide technical consultation and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul></div></section>
