<p >MECCA Brands is seeking an experienced <strong >Aesthetica Operations Lead</strong> to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the operational success of MECCA Aesthetica, which integrates advanced skin treatments, technology, and clinical expertise with the MECCA brand experience. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.</p> <h3 >Role Purpose and Operational Scope</h3>
<p >As the Aesthetica Operations Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the foundational systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable MECCA Aesthetica's operations. This involves ensuring seamless functionality across technology, compliance, supplier relationships, inventory management, and overall operational infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with the Head of MECCA Aesthetica, the Aesthetica Sales Manager, and clinic teams to address current operational challenges and develop scalable solutions for future growth, allowing clinic teams to focus on delivering customer experiences.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul >
<li >Manage and optimize clinic technology platforms, including booking systems, VISIA Skin Analysis, and client data processes, alongside team training and troubleshooting.</li>
<li >Ensure operational compliance with council permits, medical and clinical requirements, infection control, safety protocols, incident management, and audit readiness.</li>
<li >Oversee clinic-specific suppliers, consumables, inventory, treatment Cost of Goods Sold (COGs), and clinical equipment maintenance, implementing processes to minimize waste and downtime.</li>
<li >Lead the operational integration of new brands, technologies, and treatments, coordinating setup from product and back-bar to systems configuration and compliance documentation.</li>
<li >Act as the operational lead for new MECCA Aesthetica locations, developing scalable processes and coordinating technology, equipment, regulatory approvals, and post-launch support.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<ul >
<li >A minimum of <strong >5 years of operations management experience</strong>, with a preference for experience within a clinic environment.</li>
<li >Demonstrated experience managing diverse systems and processes, including the implementation of new solutions and optimization of existing workflows.</li>
<li >Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.</li>
<li >Financial acumen, encompassing experience with budget management, COGs tracking, and cost optimization.</li>
<li >A proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach, characterized by strong attention to detail and the ability to calmly resolve operational challenges.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Work Environment</h3>
