This role is responsible for leading the design and localization of high-voltage power transformers (220kV and above) for manufacturing operations within Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on establishing localized design standards, delivering technically optimized transformer solutions, supporting international bidding activities, and ensuring compliance with industry requirements while mentoring local engineering talent.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Transformer Manufacturing<br>Position Summary:Responsible for maintaining production equipment and factory utility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and minimizing production downtime.<br>Key Responsibilities:Maintain and troubleshoot transformer manufacturing equipment, including winding, core cutting, drying, oil processing, and testing equipment. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs and reduce equipment downtime. Maintain factory utilities including HVAC, compressors, electrical distribution, and facility systems. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability. Manage spare parts and maintenance records through CMMS/ERP. Ensure compliance with HSSE, LOTO, and electrical safety requirements. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.10+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience, preferably in transformer manufacturing. The role oversees factory, type, and site acceptance testing, ensures compliance with IEC, SASO, and Saudi customer requirements, and supports technical issue resolution and local test team development.<br>Key Responsibilities:Establish standardized procedures and safety requirements for factory, type, and site acceptance tests. Lead high-voltage testing for 220k V+ transformers, including partial discharge, temperature rise, short circuit, induced voltage, and lightning impulse tests. Manage test equipment calibration, maintenance, and metrology records to meet audit requirements. Coordinate test witnessing and technical clarification with SEC, Saudi Aramco, ACWA Power, and other owners. Prepare and issue standardized English test reports. Coordinate with GCC third-party laboratories for required type and certification tests. Troubleshoot major test failures and lead root cause analysis with Design and Process teams. Train and develop local high-voltage testing engineers and establish technical competency standards.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in High Voltage Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of hands-on experience in transformer factory and type testing, particularly 220k V and above. Job Title: After-Sales Service Engineer<br><br>Position Summary:Responsible for providing after-sales technical support, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for power transformers and electrical equipment. The role ensures reliable equipment performance, timely issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.<br>Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site and remote technical support, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services. Diagnose equipment faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, warranty, and post-warranty activities. Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation. Advise customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and spare parts requirements. Coordinate with engineering, sales, logistics, and operations to ensure effective service delivery. Identify opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts sales.
