This involves translating customer requirements into production-ready manufacturing drawings, optimizing designs for efficient fabrication, and generating precise CNC-ready files, all while ensuring adherence to food service industry standards.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Design commercial kitchen equipment utilizing SolidWorks, including Sheet Metal, Weldments, Assemblies, and Drawings.</li> <li >Create comprehensive manufacturing drawings detailing dimensions, tolerances, weld symbols, and material specifications.</li> <li >Develop sheet metal flat patterns and optimize designs for various fabrication processes such as laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, and assembly.</li> <li >Generate CNC production files (DXF/DWG) for laser cutting and other CNC machinery.</li> <li >Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and essential fabrication documentation.</li> <li >Collaborate with production, project engineers, and sales teams to ensure design manufacturability.</li> <li >Design custom stainless steel equipment based on specific customer layouts and project requirements.</li> <li >Contribute to the improvement of existing products to reduce manufacturing costs and enhance production efficiency.</li> <li >Verify that all designs comply with relevant food safety, hygiene, and fabrication standards.</li> <li >Provide support for prototype development and assist in resolving production-related issues.</li> <li >Maintain accurate engineering documentation and manage revision control effectively.</li> </ul> <h3 >Required Skills and Experience</h3> <ul > <li >Strong expertise in SolidWorks, specifically in Sheet Metal, Weldments, Assemblies, and Drawings.</li> <li >0-1 years of experience in a similar design role.</li> </ul> <h3 >Work Environment and Location</h3> <p >This is a full-time position based in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a team focused on innovative kitchen equipment solutions.</p> <h3 >Application Information</h3> <p >FLC invites qualified candidates to apply for this role.
