<p>Job Title: Tourism Hospitality Units Operations Supervisor<br><br>We are looking for an employee with previous experience in operating hotels, serviced apartments, and tourist units, to work within the hospitality facilities operations team.<br><br>Job Duties:<br><br>* Receiving customers and dealing with them professionally.<br>* Managing check-in and check-out procedures.<br>* Following up on customer bookings and responding to their inquiries.<br>* Supervising cleaning staff and ensuring units are ready before customers arrive.<br>* Following up on customer feedback and resolving issues during their stay.<br>* Using booking and tourist accommodation software and platforms.<br>* Preparing periodic reports on occupancy, bookings, and unit status.<br>* Coordinating with the maintenance and cleaning team to ensure operational quality.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>* Previous experience in operating hotels, serviced apartments, or tourist hospitality facilities.<br>* Experience in guest check-in and check-out and direct customer interaction.<br>* Proficiency in using computers and booking software and platforms.<br>* Ability to supervise cleaning staff and organize their tasks.<br>* Good communication, quick response, and problem-solving skills.<br>* Preferably, the applicant should be located in Jeddah.<br>* Commitment, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility in working hours.<br><br>Work Location: Jeddah<br>Job Type: Operation and supervision of tourist hospitality units</p>
